Bedford 405

Bedford 405 reflects Goodman's commitment to best practice in design, development and construction - enhancing the long-term sustainability of our properties, while meeting customers' needs now and into the future

Bedford 405 is the first development to be completed at Goodman's 45-acre Bedford Commercial Park site. The 407,143 sq ft logistics warehouse has been delivered to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard and is an example of how Goodman's properties are designed to reduce energy use, improve efficiency and maximise the sustainable use of resources.

  • Fully enabled for up to 560kWp of solar PV
  • LED lighting to offices and external areas
  • Rainwater harvesting and solar thermal hot water

Set in a landscaped park environment, Bedford Commercial Park will also offer green open spaces and attractive surroundings for customers and their employees to enjoy.

The Park will include a network of landscaped ponds at its heart, designed to support local wildlife and protect natural habitats.

Home to the future canal link between Bedford and Milton Keynes, this will be complemented by a community orchard, extensive woodland planting and a series of pedestrian footpaths and cycle routes that link the Park with its natural surroundings.

Once complete, Bedford Commercial Park will offer:
