Goodman supports the local community not only through cash grants but also through a number of initiatives that involve our people including our ’Give back’ employee giving and ’Do good’ volunteering programs. Our Foundation programs are designed to help engage our team and provide opportunities for them to contribute to the community. The Goodman team, together with the Goodman Foundation, makes a difference through opportunities, big and small.
Each year our people have the opportunity to nominate charities that they are passionate about and wish to personally support through their pay under our give back program. The Goodman Foundation then matches all employee contributions dollar for dollar.
The support and opportunities the Goodman Foundation provides under the do good program makes it easy for our team to provide real support to people in need. Whether that’s using their skills and knowledge to mentor others, volunteering their time or challenging themselves personally to raise critical funds for a good cause.
