At Goodman, we recognise the importance of creating positive workplace environments and ensuring more sustainable forms of transport are available for the customers, employees, and visitors of Purfleet Commercial Park. Our dedicated travel plan highlights sustainable transport options to help reduce private car use and prevent traffic congestion.
This travel guide website is designed to provide accessible resources and helpful hints and tips. Below you will find information on local walking and cycle routes to the site, along with opportunities for car sharing, and bus and rail service information.

Purfleet Commercial Park benefits from cycleway and footway connections to all entrances from the local road and footpath network.
National Cycle Route 137 borders the development and provides links to National Cycle Route 13, allowing wider connectivity to London and the West. There are many designated cycle routes running up to the development, including a mixture of traffic free routes, on-road cycle lanes and dedicated cycle routes.
Covered cycle parking and showers/changing facilities are also provided at the property.
Not only is cycling good for the environment and money saving but it can also help keep you fit and healthy. By cycling, you can help reduce pollution, contribute to cleaner air and reduce your carbon footprint. Save money, feel happier and healthier for it.
Bike Week 2023 will be running from Monday 5 June to Sunday 11 June 2023.
This great initiative has been designed to encourage as many people as possible to get out there and enjoy their community by bike. Take part in an organised ride or register your workplace to get involved.
The site benefits from a 2m wide pedestrian route from the site entrance - off a new roundabout from Stonehouse Lane. This new route links into the existing road network. Off-site footpaths are well-illuminated, helping to provide a safe and secure environment for pedestrians and cyclists.
Purfleet Railway Station is on the c2c mainline and offers direct services to London Fenchurch Street within 30 minutes. It is accessible by bus and just a ten-minute bike ride from Purfleet Commercial Park.
The park is also served by the existing Route 44 bus service, which runs from Grays to Lakeside, via Purfleet. The service runs every 15-minutes in peak time, with a local bus stop just 50-metres from the entrance of the park. Find more information on nearby bus routes here
