Goodman developed a 6,554 sqm cross-dock for DB Schenker Logistics, one of the world’s leading providers of integrated logistics services.
It was the first built-to-suit development delivered at Krakow Airport Logistics Centre.
DB Schenker Logistics decided on Goodman because of the location of the logistics centre; its easy access to the ring road and Kraków city centre makes it the ideal location for cross-dock activities. The new location will help DB Schenker Logistics to improve their business objectives and customer service as well as the working conditions for their employees and couriers.
The previous Kraków facility was located in the very centre of Kraków, and relocation to the suburbs will reduce the traffic in Kraków, which is consistent with DB Schenker Logistics’ sustainability strategy.
