ENJOY A LANDSCAPED PARK ENVIRONMENT

Bedford Commercial Park will provide an attractive, welcoming environment for national and local companies looking to operate from the heart of the country.

We recognise the importance of nature, open spaces and views of countryside to improving the health and wellbeing of staff. Inspired by this, we've designed a park that will take its lead from the natural environment, using landscaping to create safe and attractive areas for employees to enjoy. Set around a series of landscaped ponds, pedestrian footpaths will encourage exercise, provide safe walking routes around the park and even offer a place for informal meetings. 

Landscaping has been carefully chosen to support local wildlife, promote biodiversity and protect natural habitats. As well as the provision of a community orchard, we are also working with the Forest of Marston Vale to plant more trees and extend local areas of woodland.

Bedford has an excellent cycle network, which provides a great way to enjoy the local countryside and the area's green open spaces.

As well as providing good public transport links, we have invested in extending the cycle ways in and around Bedford Commercial Park. With Bedford Town centre just 30-minutes away by bike, this will offer improved accessibility while supporting more sustainable modes of travel.

Bedford town centre is just a 30-minute cycle ride from the Park and can be reached via Route 51 of the National Cycle Network.

FUTURE AMENITIES

The Park offers a number of roadside plots for the provision of park amenities. These will offer excellent facilities for companies choosing to base their business at Bedford Commercial Park.

Perfectly placed for retail, leisure and trade uses, these include opportunities for a coffee drive-through, restaurant, hotel, convenience store and gym. The site also includes a children’s nursery delivered in partnership with Bedford Borough Council.
