Management team

Charles heads up Goodman’s operations in the United Kingdom and is responsible for the management, strategy and development of the Group’s UK business.

Charles has been with Goodman since 2005 and has over 20 years in the logistics property sector.  Charles was a Development Director at Rosemound Developments which was acquired by Goodman, having started his career in London working within the industrial teams at Fuller Peiser and Strutt and Parker.

Jason Harris is Commercial Director at Goodman. Prior to joining Goodman in April 2007, he worked for Rosemound Developments for four years and Prologis UK for 5 years.

Jason is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and studied planning and development at the University College of Estate Management. 

Stephen is Director of the Investment Management team with Goodman.  Stephen has worked extensively for the Group in Continental Europe as European Development and Investment Management Director.  Stephen graduated from De Montfort University with a degree in Estate Management.

Stephen manages the Goodman UK Logistics Partnership, an investment vehicle between Goodman Group (Goodman), Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and APG Asset Management (APG). The partnership brings over £1 billion of investment capacity for high quality development opportunities in prime logistics locations in the UK.

Nigel Dolan is a Development Director at Goodman. Nigel joined the team in 2011 after five years at warehouse developer Gazeley.

Prior to this he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge within their respective Industrial/distribution leasing teams. Nigel graduated from Staffordshire University before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor.

George is a Development Director at Goodman, having joined the business in March 2012.

His development experience has been obtained at Astral, Prologis and Lynton, following an occupier customer focus as a Partner at Gerald Eve. George graduated from Reading University with a Land Management degree and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. 

Paul is an Asset Manager working across industrial and commercial developments within the Goodman team and responsible for the delivery of active asset management services ensuring all portfolio properties owned by Goodman directly or through joint ventures are managed efficiently and effectively to maximise investment performance.

Paul has also worked across the Goodman Business Park portfolio including the significant mixed use developments at Eastside Locks in Birmingham and St Mary Le Port in Bristol. Paul will ensure the successful delivery of these projects and support the management of key customer and stakeholder relationships.

Paul joined Goodman in 2007 and has 20 years of commercial property experience. Prior to Goodman Paul worked for Wilson Bowden Developments, Innes England, Colliers and the Welsh Development Agency.
